Bear Creek HCSA Does Some Ballet

The Hockey Canada Skills Academy at Bear Creek at the good fortune of some guest instruction provided by Ms. Bruno today. Ms. Bruno added to prior Academy teachings, discussing strategies for lengthening the hamstring and developing the ability to 'open up the hips'. Academy students took part in some basic ballet and were given instruction on why such exercises could benefit their hockey game, and how to complete these exercises properly.
